Year-Round Spending Reward Programme Terms and Conditions:
  1. Year-Round Spending Reward Programme (“The Programme”) is only applicable to DG Privilege Card cardholders.
  2. The promotional period of the Programme is valid till 31 December 2013.
  3. DG Privilege Card cardholder must accumulate retail spending at all DG Lifestyle Store outlets with the DG Privilege Card, for accumulated retail spending reaches designated spending target during each Spending Period, cardholder is entitled to the corresponding DG Lifestyle Store Cash Coupon for that Spending Period. Cardholder is entitled to a maximum of HK$5,000 DG Lifestyle Store Cash Coupon in each Spending Period. For the purpose of the Programme, only posted retail transactions of the DG Privilege Card at all DG Lifestyle Store outlets are counted towards the spending requirement. The following types of transactions will not be calculated in the spending requirement: transaction that has been subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and / or refund or any other categories as the Bank may at its discretion determine from time to time.
  4. All Cash Coupons are subject to relevant terms and conditions printed on the coupons, for details, please refer to the overleaf of the coupons. The Bank is not supplier of the Cash Coupon and will not accept any liability in relation thereto. Any complaints should be made to the supplier.
  5. Spending target will be calculated independently by each DG Privilege Card for each Spending Period. Eligible spending from different card and in different Spending Period will not be counted together.
  6. Cardholders who have accumulated retail spending reaches designated spending target will receive the redemption letter within 4 weeks after the end of each Spending Period.
  7. The Programme is only applicable to cardholders whose linked DBS Credit Card and DG Privilege Card accounts are determined at the sole discretion of the Bank to be in good standing and remain valid and not in default when the redemption letters are issued. The Bank shall have the sole discretion in determining a cardholder’s entitlement to the rewards. Cardholders must retain all original sales slips. In the event of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right to require cardholder to present the relevant original sales slips and/or other documents and/or evidence for verification. All sales slips submitted to the Bank will not be returned.
  8. The Bank and DG Lifestyle Store reserve the right to vary the terms and conditions, change or terminate the Programme. In case of disputes, the decision of the Bank and DG Lifestyle Store shall be final and binding

Welcome Offer Terms and Conditions:

  1. Up to HK$300 DG Lifestyle Store Cash Coupon is only available to applicants who have been successfully approved to be the principal cardholder of the DBS Credit Card and DG Privilege Card on or before 31 December 2013 by submitting this application form to the Bank on or before 31 January 2014, and is only available to applicants who do not currently hold or have not in the 12 months prior to the date of application for the New Card held and/or cancelled any Credit Card issued by the Bank. 
  2. If applicant applied via different application form successfully, only one welcome offer will be offered.
  3. Successful applicant of both DBS Credit Card and DG Privilege Card who has accumulated retail spending of HK$5,000 or above within 2 months from the date of card issuance (“Spending Period”) at any DG Lifestyle Store outlets with payment by DG Privilege Card will be eligible to HK$200 DG Lifestyle Store Cash Coupon. If accumulated retail spending of HK$12,000 or above within the Spending Period at any DG Lifestyle Store outlets with payment by DG Privilege Card will be eligible to an additional HK$100 DG Lifestyle Store Cash Coupon, sum up to a total of HK$300 DG Lifestyle Store Cash Coupon. Cardholder must bring along the linked DBS Credit Card, DG Privilege Card, and original sales slip(s) of the retail transaction and redemption letter (to be mailed after activation of DBS Credit Card) to arrange redemption at designated DG Lifestyle Store outlet. Photocopies of sales slip(s) or redemption letter are not acceptable.
  4. Except the Up to HK$300 DG Lifestyle Store Cash Coupon, all other Discount Coupon / Service Coupon / Cash Coupon will be mailed to you with the card mailer. Discount Coupon / Service Coupon / Cash Coupon are subject to relevant terms and conditions printed on the coupons, for details, please refer to the overleaf of the coupons.
  5. The Bank and DG Lifestyle Store reserve the right to vary the terms and conditions, change or terminate the offer. In case of disputes, the decision of the Bank and DG Lifestyle Store shall be final and binding.
