"Agoda Online Hotel Booking" Promotion Terms and Conditions:
1. "Agoda Online Hotel Booking" Promotion (the "Promotion") is only applicable to the cardholders of DBS Platinum Credit Card and DBS Titanium Card ("Applicable Credit Card"). To enjoy the offer of the Promotion, cardholders are required to settle payment with Applicable Credit Card.
2. To enjoy a 5% discount on hotel room rate for hotel in designated area ("Offer"), cardholder is required to make hotel room booking in advance through Agoda's website (www.agoda.com) and settle online payment with Applicable Credit Card within the specified "Booking Period" as follow: i) Taiwan, Macau and Vietnam: Booking Period is from 1 June 2010 to 31 July 2010; ii) Japan, South Korea and United Kingdom: Booking Period is from 1 August 2010 to 30 September 2010.
3. To enjoy the Offer, the check-in and check-out dates for all online hotel room bookings must be completed within the specified "Stay Period" as follow: i) Taiwan, Macau and Vietnam: Stay Period is from 1 June 2010 to 30 September 2010; ii) Japan, South Korea and United Kingdom: Stay Period is from 1 August 2010 to 30 November 2010.
4. The Offer will be provided to cardholders immediately when they make online bookings.
5. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotional offers, unless otherwise specified.
6. The Offer cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods/services.
7. The Offer is subject to hotel room availability.
8. Any cancellation, amendment and refund arrangement, please refer to the booking conditions available at Agoda' website (www.agoda.com)
9. Terms and conditions of Agoda Company Pte Ltd (the “Merchant”) which shall apply in addition to these terms and conditions, please visit Agoda’s website (www.agoda.com) for more details.
10. DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”) and the Merchant reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions as well as to change or terminate the Promotion. The Bank accepts no liability for any loss incurred by the cardholders should the Merchant refuses to provide the Offer.
11. The Bank accepts no liability for the quality of the goods and services provided by the Merchant involved in this promotion. Any complaints should be made to the Merchant directly.
12. In case of any disputes, the decision of the Bank and the Merchant shall be final.
13. In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between English version of these terms and conditions and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
