To subscribe to any particular type of alerts, click on "Subscribe
to New Alerts" and follow the on-screen instructions to complete
the subscription. |

|

To amend the settings of
an alert, click on "Amend" corresponding to the particular alert
and follow the on-screen instructions to change the settings accordingly. |

alert, click on "Unsubscribe" corresponding to the particular alert
and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation
accordingly. |

OTP is required for the
subscription, amendment or cancellation of some of the alerts.
Check the details carefully and enter the last 6 digits of the OTP
to authorize the subscription, amendment or cancellation.

To get instant notification
of your securities order status by SMS or e-mail, click on "Subscribe
Now" to subscribe to Securities Order Confirmation service.
You must hold a Packaged Account with a corresponding Phone Banking
Services Account for receiving Securities Order Confirmation.

Subscribe to Securities Order
Confirmation

You can choose to receive
your alerts by e-mail or SMS at your designated e-mail address or
mobile phone number. Please ensure your contact information is up-to-date.
If you have chosen to receive SMS alerts, you can also choose whether
to receive such alerts in English or Chinese; whereas e-mail alerts
will be sent in both English and Chinese.
Notes:
1. One Time Password (OTP) is required to change your mobile phone
number or email address.
2. Your mobile phone number must be a local mobile phone number
