You can transfer funds to a third party account
held at an overseas bank in various currencies. Funds Transfer
(Overseas) to a non-registered third party account requires a
One Time Password (OTP) for authorization.

Any remittance instruction (excluding
RMB remittance to a non-local bank) placed after 15:30 (Mon
to Fri) or on a non-clearing day will be processed on the
next clearing day. (Clearing Day means Mondays to Fridays,
except public holidays in Hong Kong.) |

Any instruction to remit RMB to a non-local
bank which is placed after 12:30 (Mon-Fri) or on a non-clearing
day will be processed on the next clearing day. |
|
In general, the funds will be received
by the recipient within 2 to 4 business days from the date
of transfer. However, this may vary depending on the Recipient
Bank or Recipient Bank Country. |
|
Any currency conversion involved in
the remittance will be effected according to the prevailing
exchange rate when the instruction is executed. |
|
All remittance instructions are subject to verification
by the Bank and may be rejected at the Bank’s sole discretion.
|
|
You may amend or cancel any remittance instruction submitted
if it has not been executed. If the instruction has been executed,
no amendment or cancellation thereof can be made unless agreed
by the recipient or recipient bank. Please visit any of our
branches to amend or cancel any instruction submitted. An
amendment or cancellation fee will be charged. |

Hong Kong residents can remit RMB funds to a Mainland bank
account bearing the same name, subject to a daily limit of
RMB80,000 per person. No request made by Non-Hong Kong residents
to remit RMB to Mainland China will be accepted. |
|
Any RMB remittance instruction submitted on a public holiday
in Mainland China for remitting funds to Mainland China will
be processed on the next clearing day after such public holiday
and is also subject to a daily total transfer limit of RMB80,000
per person. |

For RMB remittance to a Mainland bank account bearing the
same name, if the account name is in Chinese, please specify
the account name in Chinese or using Chinese Commercial Code
under ?Message to Recipient Bank?. |
|
The daily limit for funds transfer to non-registered third
party accounts will be reset to HKD 0 if no such transaction
is conducted for 12 months. |
