Statement Request
 
To request a current monthly statement, current consolidated statement or a statement in the last 3 years for your DBS Bank account, Treasures Priority Banking Account, DBS Wealth Account or ec-payroll.

Notes:

1. The service fee will be debited from the account selected above. iBanking Charges

2. To request a copy of a statement for a packaged account, please select the core current account number of your packaged account.

3. A copy of the statement requested will be posted to you by ordinary mail within 7 business days upon receipt of your request.

4. Copies are normally available for statements (other than those for Cashline Revolving Loan) issued in the past 3 years.

5. For Cashline Revolving Loan "current statement" refers to the Cashline Revolving Loan statement last issued whereas “previous statement” refers to the statement issued before that.

Phone Banking PIN Request
 
To request a Phone Banking PIN for your DBS Bank Phone Banking Service Account, Treasures Priority Banking Account, DBS Wealth Account or ec-payroll Account.

Notes:

1. The Phone Banking PIN will be posted to you by ordinary mail within 7 business days upon receipt of your request.

2. The PIN is needed for operating your phone banking account.

3. You are advised to replace your PIN, if it has or you believe it may have been disclosed or misused.
   
 
Stop Cheque
 
To stop cheque(s) (maximum 50 cheques in consecutive range per instruction) you have issued. Please key in the cheque number you wish to stop or provide the cheque number range for multiple cheques. You can only stop cheques which have not been presented or stopped before.

Notes:

1. The stop cheque instruction will take effect only after it has been received and accepted. It will remain in effect for 6 months from its acceptance.

2. To stop a cheque drawn on your Cashline Revolving Loan Account, please call our Customer Service Hotline on 2290 8888.

Cheque Book Request
 
To request a cheque book for current account. Cheque book will usually be sent to you by ordinary mail within 7 business days.
