(I) General Terms and
Conditions

DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the "Bank", which expression shall include its
successors and assigns) reserves the rights to change all or any of the terms
and conditions herein and/or modify, discontinue or terminate all or any of the
promotional offers at any time without prior notice. In the event of dispute
over any matter concerning the promotional offers, the decision of the Bank
shall be final, conclusive and binding.

All offers contained in the promotional materials are available only to DBS
Treasures customers holding a valid DBS Treasures account with the Bank during
the relevant promotion periods.

Any fraud and/or abuse of the promotional programs by a customer (as determined
by the Bank at its sole discretion) will result in forfeiture of the customer's
eligibility to participate in the promotional programs and/or cancellation of
all or part of the customer's account(s) with the Bank. In the event that the
customer obtains the reward or prizes inappropriately pursuant to fraud and/or
abuse, the Bank reserves the right to deduct the equivalent value of any reward
or prizes awarded to the customer from the customer's bank account(s) with the
Bank without prior notice and/or take legal action in such instances to recover
any outstanding amounts.

If there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these
terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail

Application of these offers shall be subject to the DBS Credit Card Rewards
Programme Terms and Conditions, a copy of which is available at the Bank's
website (www.dbs.com/hk).
Unless otherwise defined, terms defined in the DBS Credit Card Rewards
Programme Terms and Conditions shall have the same meaning when used herein.

Customers must (i) be a holder of the DBS Treasures Platinum Credit Card (the
"Designated Credit Card") issued by the Bank and (ii) maintain a monthly
average account balance (including deposits and / or investments) of
HK$1,000,000 or above (or its equivalent in foreign currency(ies)) in the
relevant DBS Treasures account during the relevant promotion period (the
"Conditions") to enjoy the DBS Treasures Platinum Credit Card Offers.

Unless otherwise specified, eligible customers can enjoy the DBS Treasures
Platinum Credit Card Offers as set out below from 15 November 2010 to 31
December 2011 (both dates inclusive):

i. Ultimate DBS$ Redemption Reward or 40% Bonus Asia Miles Reward, suitable for customers who participate in the DBS$ Redemption Scheme;

ii. Ultimate DBS$ Cash Rebate Reward, suitable for customers who participate in the DBS$ Cash Rebate Scheme;

iii. 10% cash rebate on card spending at Lane Crawford/Twist on Saturdays.
Customers who participate in the DBS$ Redemption Scheme are required to make a selection as to whether to enjoy the Ultimate DBS$ Redemption Reward or the 40% Bonus Asia Miles Reward. If an eligible customer would like to enjoy the 40%
Bonus Asia Miles Reward, he/she must register at the website
www.dbs.com/hk/bonusmiles. Once registration for the 40% Bonus Asia
Miles Reward had completed, the eligible customer will start enjoying such
offer and no alternation or cancellation will be accepted. If an eligible
customer does not register for the 40% Bonus Asia Miles Reward, he/she shall be
deemed to have selected the Ultimate Bonus Point Reward.

The Bank will assess a customer’s eligibility to enjoy the above offers at the
end of each month, starting from October 2010. Once the Bank has determined, at
its sole discretion, that a customer has fulfilled the Conditions in a
particular month, the customer would be able to enjoy the above offers starting
from the 15th day of the following month. For example, if a customer satisfies
the Conditions in October 2010, the customer can enjoy the offers from 15
November 2010.
(II) Terms and
conditions for the offer of 40% Bonus Asia Miles Reward

Customers who have selected this offer must have been registered as Asia Miles
TM members separately.

Eligible customers must register at the website www.dbs.com/hk/bonusmiles in
order to enjoy this offer. No alteration or cancellation shall be accepted upon
successful registration.

The promotion period for this offer runs from 15 November 2010 to 31 December
2011 (both dates inclusive) and shall be divided into 5 phases: (a) phase one
from 15 November 2010 to 31 December 2010; (b) phase two from 1 January 2011 to
31 March 2011; (c) phase three from 1 April 2011 to 30 June 2011; (d) phase
four from 1 July 2011 to 30 September 2011; and (e) phase five from 1 October
2011 to 31 December 2011. Once a customer had satisfied the Conditions in any
one of the phases, he/she can start to enjoy this offer from the beginning of
that phase until the end of the promotion period.

During the relevant phases of the promotion period, eligible customers are
entitled to 40 Bonus Asia Miles ("Bonus Miles") for every HK$1,500 eligible
spending on his/her Designated Credit Card, i.e. a total of 140 Asia Miles.
Each customer shall be entitled to a maximum of 8,000 Bonus Miles in total
during the promotion period.

For customers who have registered to enjoy this offer, the Bank will
automatically deduct bonus points earned from eligible spending in each phase
(i.e. 1,500 bonus points will be deducted automatically for every HK$1,500
eligible spending) for conversion into Asia Miles and the eligible customer’s
regular entitlement to Asia Miles together with the Bonus Miles will then be
credited to the Asia Miles account provided by the customer within 3 months
after the end of each respective phase. The deduction of bonus points from the
Designated Credit Card will be shown on the relevant monthly statement.

For the 3 months after the end of each relevant phase, customers must retain
all the bonus points earned from eligible spending in each phase in the
Designated Credit Card account for the Bank to carry out the automatic
conversion into Asia Miles. Otherwise, the conversion will be cancelled
automatically and no mileage reward will be given to the customers. The Bank
accepts no liability for any loss incurred by any customer for any failure to
conduct the automatic conversion or to credit the Asia Miles into the
customer’s Asia Miles account caused by any reason, including any withdrawal of
bonus points or incorrect/invalid Asia Miles membership number being provided.
