What is Financial Needs Analysis (FNA)?

Financial Needs Analysis (FNA) is the information that you provide will form the basis for us to shortlist investment products and/or insurance products for your consideration. If you do not provide complete and accurate disclosures in the financial needs analysis process, any product that is shortlisted may not be appropriate for your needs and financial situations.

Can I conduct the FNA at any time through DBS iBanking?
A2:

Yes. You can conduct the FNA at any time through DBS iBanking. The FNA submitted through DBS iBanking will become effective 2 hours after the submission.

Q3:
Why can I not complete the FNA through DBS iBanking?
A3:

Under certain circumstances (e.g.: your highest education level is primary or below or you are unable to read and understand English and Chinese), we shall require you to be accompanied with a family member, close relative or a friend when conducting a FNA and placing your investment/insurance order. For more information about this, please contact our representatives by visiting any of our branches or call our customer service hotline at 2290 8304 (Mon to Fri: 9:00a.m. - 6:00p.m., Sat: 9:00 - 1:00p.m.). Furthermore, this service is not applicable to solo credit cardholders.

Can I download a receipt after I have submitted the FNA through DBS iBanking?

Yes. You can download the receipt once your submission is completed successfully.
