Before you can log in to DBS iBanking, you need to register for DBS iBanking by clicking on the "Register for iBanking now" button. You may also register for DBS iBanking at DBS ATMs or any of our branches. Please click here for more details.
After application, you may log in by entering your username and password, and then clicking on the "Log On" button. You will also need to enter a One Time Password (OTP) for dual password authentication. Please refer to OTP for Logon below or click here for more details about OTP.
If you wish to enquire about your accounts only or you cannot receive an OTP, you may log in by clicking on the "Log On for Enquiry" button. In this case, you will not be allowed to perform any transactions for security reasons. |

If you register for DBS iBanking at DBS ATMs or any of our branches, you will have to go through the following steps upon your first logon:

Logon with OTP
|
|
Apart from enter the current username and password, you are required to enter a One Time Password (OTP) to log in to DBS iBanking.
You will receive a OTP on your registered mobile phone via SMS. Please enter the OTP and then click on "Submit" to log in. Please be reminded to enter the OTP before it expires. If you do not receive an OTP or the OTP has expired, you may click on "Click here to request a new OTP" at the bottom of the page. Please click here for more details about OTP. |

Logon with Secure Device / OTP

You may select “Login with Secure Device” (generate the Secure PIN from your Secure Device) OR “Login with SMS” (an One Time Password will be sent to your mobile phone number registered on our records). |

Mobile Phone Number Registration

Apart from enter the current username and password, you are required to enter a One Time Password (OTP) to log in to DBS iBanking.
If you have not registered for the receipt of OTP via SMS, we will ask you to register your mobile phone number when you log in to DBS iBanking. Please enter your own mobile phone number. |

Mobile Phone Number Verification
|
|
ApWe use a Security Code to verify the mobile phone number you choose to receive One Time Password (OTP). Please enter your personal information and the code to complete the verification*.
The Security Code will be delivered to you by either SMS or registered mail. You will be receiving your Security Code via SMS if the mobile phone number you provided during the registration is already in the Bank's record(s). However, if the mobile phone number you provided during the registration is not in the Bank's record(s) or you are just a DBS credit card holder, you will be receiving your Security Code through registered mail instead.
Before you enter the code, you can only enquire about your accounts, but cannot perform any transactions for security reasons. Once you enter the code, you can enjoy our full range of online functions, and also be able to receive OTP for greater security.
* You can also complete the verification at any of our branches or through DBS ATMs.

Address Confirmation
|
|
In order to keep you posted with the latest news from DBS, you will be asked to confirm your correspondence address after logging in to DBS iBanking. If necessary, please select “No” and follow the instruction to update your correspondence address. |

Upon successful logon to DBS iBanking, you can view the following information at iBanking homepage:

"Your Last Successful logon" time and "Your Last Failed Logon Attempt" time to keep track your logon status. |

Read the new messages from DBS Bank at "My Messages". |
|
|
Click "Hot off the Press" and promotional banners to access our latest product information and promotional offers. |

|
|
|
|
My Messages
|
|
You can view messages sent to you by DBS Bank. The messages may contain information about your iBanking transaction or instruction status, or announcement about iBanking services. You can choose to "view" or "delete" the messages in "My Messages" anytime. |

|
|
|
Timeout
|
|
The "Timeout" pop-up message serves a security purpose. If you leave your PC idle for a period, this message will pop up asking if you would like to continue with your iBanking services. If no response is received within the allocated response time, the system will automatically terminate the service to help prevent any unauthorized access.
