Sun Java Virtual Machine (JVM) is required to be installed on your PC in order for you to be able to use that particular function. Please follow the steps below for installation and configuration if you have not done so:

Go to http://java.com/en/download/manual.jsp to download the latest version of Sun JVM and install it on your PC.

Press the "Start" icon on the bottom left corner of your PC > select "Control Panel" and double click on the "Java" icon.

Click on the "Advanced" tab and expand the "Default Java for browsers" option > select "Microsoft Internet Explorer", and then press "OK" to close the window.

Open an Internet Explorer (IE), select the "Tools" option from the browser’s toolbar > select "Internet Options…".

Click on the “Advanced” tab and select the “Use JRE x.x.x._xx for <applet> (require restart)” option, where x.x.x._xx represents the version number of your JVM, and then press “OK” to close the window.



You need to restart your PC in order to allow the new configuration to take effect.

Remarks: “Microsoft VM” is not listed if you do not have Microsoft Java Virtual Machine (MSJVM) on your PC. If “Microsoft VM” is listed on the “Advanced” tab, please do not select the boxes.
